He feels confident within and is leading multiple verticals in his business. Since his inception in the family business, he has brought in new business and made strategic changes that have directly reflected in the balance sheet and helped the business generate and save a couple of crores.
The parents are extremely proud of him and look at him as inspirational. His wife and him are blessed with twins and both are now living an abundant, happy and joyful live.
Nimit was lost, bored and did not want to do with his life. His family had invested crores in his education in London but he would not go to university or study at all.
He would constantly be sad and sulking at every party. His relationship with his wife, his fitness levels were at an all time low. His parents were helpless and worried.
People in Nimits environment were more educated than he was. They well all high achievers but Nimit was not.
One of his core constraints was comparing himself with his surroundings and then working towards getting there. But he was just not able to.
This unresourceful pattern was not allowing him to mirror and unconsciosuly assimilate from his surrounding (yes, mirroring is the easiest and fastest way to learn. When people go into unresourceful states - mirroring stops and learning becomes difficult).
Also, he had this belief that he just could not understand Maths. He actually had a Metaphor of a pin every time he would see or think about learning Maths. His course, Actuarial Science (a field that is known to be 10 times tougher than CA) needed him to have superior Math skills which for him felt impossible at the time.
First, we shifted this deep belief by asking him how he managed to become a National Level Football player if he was just incapable of Maths. For him to be an outlier in Football - his mind had to be able to calculate time, distance, velocity and speed. Suddenly, his eyes lit up.
All we had to do is translate the states he went through while playing football to the states he went through while learning Maths. We did this using a powerful NLP procedure called Collapse Anchor.
From the very next day, he started waking up happily, going to the library and studying what he had to.
Apart from this, he also had some unresourceful states of feeling judged, low etc. that we interrupted for him.
Just in the first few weeks - He would wake up fresh and happy, hit the gym and then go to the library to study. He would learn immersively, understand the concepts well and then hit the bed feeling fulfilled.
His wife was pleasantly surprised when they went for a vacation together (around the 3rd month of his journey)She said “In 10 years, I have never seen him reach out and talk to people randomly or dance at parties. He also now gives me good advice too. Until now, it was always me that person for him.”
Overtime, he cleared his exam in London and started working in his family business. He is now leading multiple verticals of the business, has brought in new business and started new projects that help the company save a couple of crores. Today, Nimit and his wife are blessed twins and are continuing to lead a joyful, fulfilled and abundant life.
