Why did Pankti come to us?

Pankti would feel passionate and excited about pursuing something new but then eventually get bored and leave it. This ONE pattern was not allowing her to pursue any field she was feeling stuck and doing nothing for over 3 years…

Every few months, she would come up with something new that she wanted to do - her family would invest in a course for the same. And in a few weeks - she would quit the course, sit at home and do nothing. Then after a few weeks, the pattern would repeat itself.

Her family would get super angry with her whenever this would happen. It had come to a point where they had almost lost hope and stopped telling her anything.

What are some of the key things that happened through her journey?

For over 10 years of life, she had been living with this constant state of boredom. She would try to finish things but this boredom would just come in rushing and not allow her to get ahead.

Just fixing this state allowed her to see some instant shifts in her life - she started waking up fresher, feeling happier within, following a routine and started to constructively think about her future

Overtime, she decided that her heart was in the beauty industry and wanted to pursue her make up. But she already knew her parents would not fund this course. She knew she needed to build that trust again.

We used certain procedures to get rid of past baggage with her parents and have access to resourceful states when she is communicating with them. Once she was able to express herself with ease, she spoke to them about her future dreams and requested them to send her to London for a make-up course.

The parents could intuitively feel her seriousness and decided to invest in her dreams once again.

One of the capabilities we helped her develop before she went to London was the capability to mirror (the ability to learn with the same speed, ease and finesse a child learns). This capability allowed her to make the best of the opportunity and excel in the university.

There was also this one day where she said, “Disha , whenever I have to go to a client for hair and up - I always do my best. We asked her, “Can you tell us what is so limiting about this frame?” She was confused, she thought it was a great approach to have.”

Now - there are a lot of creative people who focus on doing their best. And sometimes - loose the essence of the larger picture. They become so close to the creative output - that they might miss out on the clients' needs.

We said, “Can you shift this mindset to going in with an attitude where you want to make this day your clients best day.”

With this shift, she did not associate the work with her identity and her attention was on the outside. It also allowed her to be more open, more educable and would take feedback from the client with ease

One of the other limitations for her was feeling conscious when she was putting out stuff (specially her own face on Instagram). We helped her overcome this limitation and also helped her develop a superior league of creativity to make her Instagram content breakthrough, disruptive and attractive!

What are all the things that happened in her life through this journey?

She was a star student in London … one of the best in fact! Her parents were thrilled at her progress and would tell everyone how proud they felt about her daughter

She came back and got to her entrepreneurship journey immediately - started promoting herself and getting clients, conducted make-up classes and started looking for opportunities to work under someone and get trained to have more finesse in her art as well.

She was very interested in prosthetics and started looking for opportunities in the film industry as well. She is now working with some of the top people in the industry, getting brides, doing make up for functions and more!

Real People. Real Transformations.
Why did Minesh come to us?

Minesh could see that people who started with him are growing faster than him. He had this dire need to grow faster but did not know how to.

What did we identify?
  • Since birth, he's grappled with deafness in his right ear, a fact he feels embarrassed about and conceals it. He has developed a habit of over compensating which affects his presence and his vibe excessively.
  • He also had certain unresourceful experiences of feeling bullied - something ...

What did we do?

Apart from certain key installations and frame shifts, we used New Behaviour Generators to make these shifts natural and innate within.

Outcome:
  • How a trust vibe opened doors to new opportunities for Minesh?
  • He looked more happy, more sorted and gave off a trustworthy + a seasoned businessman vibe.
