Tiyas parents approached us when they were extremely concerned. Tiya was becoming violent to the extent of hitting her parents at home for no reason.
The parents were also confused because they are a very warm and loving family and no one in their family demonstrates behaviours like this. They could not understand where she was learning this from.
In her consultation, we identified that she is an extremely smart girl with very high aspirations even at an age of just 8! And she also recognises that her performance today is directly linked to her achieving her goals. But when she gets down to it - she finds a gap in her performance.
When she goes for Math class, she goes with enthusiasm to learn. But she is not able to understand. That makes her low about herself which eventually leads to anger and frustration within. The same pattern repeats with Science.
Now, she comes back home with this frustration and anger - she ends up throwing such tantrums and demonstrates violent behaviours with the family.
We used certain NLP procedures for Tiya to develop superior state choice and be able to understand Maths and Science with ease and joy.
The mother came and told us “What did you do? The teacher is so impressed with her performance, he has asked me how she suddenly became so good at Maths. She also got full marks in her test! I want my son to come as well - when can you start working with him?”
In the next review with they parents, they mentioned that the violent behaviours have completely stopped and the temper tantrums and reduced by 95% more. All four of them are more together, happy and joyful as a family!
