Championing Change: Akshay's Evolution from Losing to Winning Mindset

Why did Akshay come to us?

Akshay is a young enterprising man who runs a 100 CR distribution for an MNC and building another disruptive business in the food industry.

He came to us because he wanted to make his restaurant a global brand.

How did Akshay view the world?

Akshay had a strong belief system that people are bad and don’t want to help. He came and told us, “I asked my partner just for Rs.10,00,000 and he said no. This entire amount is risk free for him because if I don’t give it back - he can just take my share from the business. And just a few days ago, he told me that he has extra money that he would like to invest. And still, he is not giving me just Rs.10,00,000.”

He continued to tell us a few more stories about people not being helpful.

What was actually going on?

While he did have a humble and trustworthy vibe overall, clarity and congruence was missing specifically in the context of his finances.

He would go round and round with his finance and numbers (not because he wanted to cheat or lie - but because he felt embarrassed about his past and the financial constraints the family had). This particular limitation was not making him investible.

How did we do this?

We used state choice procedures to interrupt these states for him to have a different biochemical response when he thought about his past financial constraints and limitations.

We also helped him to do a perceptual position (to become the other person, adopt his filters, his states and view the world with his eyes) of all the people who he thinks are not helping him with a financial investment.

He immediately had an accurate understanding of the other persons reality and knew what he needed to know.

Outcome:

Within 6 months, he got a funding of Rs. 1 crore (from his ecosystem itself)!

Real People. Real Transformations.
What was Karan’s life like before he joined?
  • He was always driven with very BIG dreams.
  • He was in the family business and doing fairly well for himself- but he had bigger dreams. And he was struggling to get his family to align with the same.
What did we identify?
He had a deep and layered understanding of people, movies and environments overall. When he would share his thoughts and ideas...

What did we do?

We interrupted certain uncertain unresourceful states (nervous, misunderstood etc.) using NLP procedures that did not allow him to develop the capability to convince.

How is Karans life now?

It's a 360 degree turn around. People recognise him for his achievements and his presence commands a lot more respect.
