What was going on with Karan before he joined defyn? 

He was always driven and wanted to grow his business by 100x. He was in the family business and doing fairly well for himself- but it wasnt enough for him. He wanted to do a LOT more. 
He did not know how to get his family together in his dream. He would also struggle to express himself to his family, to other stakeholders in the business and people in general. 
He had good ideas, a deep understanding of a variety of things but he could not communicate his genius to his ecosystem.

What was going on internally with Karan? 
Since childhood, he has always been very curious. He had a deep and layered understanding of people, movies and environments overall. He would understand complex systems easily and when he would try to tell people what he is thinking - he would just get blank looks
Overtime, he developed a belief that people don’t understand him and stopped telling them what he is thinking. 
He also comes from a structured, old school family business set up and had a deep fear to communicate with his grandfather (the man who built the family legacy and is the decision maker for key business decisions). 
Apart from this, we shifted certain mindsets (one of the most important ones being that was an introvert) and worked on his states of feeling nervous in big groups. Also, we helped him recognise certain unresourceful conclusions he had developed through his life experiences.

How did we do it? 
Lots of frame shifts, specific EIT & NLP procedures and of course - the magic tool, Excellence Installations.
How is Karans life now? 

It's a 360 degree turn around. People recognise him for his achievements and his presence commands a lot more respect.

His grandfather (the man responsible for his growth) is a lot more aligned with his vision now and together they are working in alignment for business growth and expansion.

Why did Akshay come to us? 
  • Akshay is a young enterprising man who runs a 100 CR distribution for an MNC and is building another disruptive business in the food industry

What did we identify?
  • Akshay had a strong unresourceful belief system that people are bad and don’t want to help

What did we do? 

We fixed his limitation (the reason he was not clear is because he felt embarrassed about his family financial constraints and that people would judge him if he told them where he really came from) so that he would become investible. 

Outcome:

Within 6 months, he got a funding of Rs. 1 crore (from his ecosystem itself)!
